- Kitchen. Large patio doors to small slate patio and fields behind. Very well equipped, fridge/freezer, gas hob,electric cooker, k ettle, microwave, toaster and iron etc.
- Living/Dining room Fireplace with wood burning stove, pine table and chairs, radio/CD, shelves, Bay window with window seat.
- Comfortable sofas. Small remote control colour television, set top box, DVD player, Many DVD’s, pay phone, games locker. Wi Fi. Storage cupboard/wardrobe
- Study/Den and shower wet room off main room. TV/dvd , Sofa, with wet room off this space and walk in shower, basin and w/c
- Bedroom 1. Window, view over field, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bed side cabinet
- Additional. Child removable stair gate, change mat, sink step, Cot (Mothercare travel) and child cot/bedside for slightly older children is provided.
- Bedroom 2. Bay window, two single beds, bed side table, wardrobe, hanging pegs and blanket chest.
- Garden. Grass area at side of cottage and small slate patio with garden bench, table two chairs and BBQ at rear.
- Wetroom. Shower,basin, WC.
- Bathroom. Bath with shower, basin, WC.
- Car parking. Large grassed area with parking for 4/5 cars (shared with neighbours).
